The first plastic-free blade guard – locally produced and well thought out down to the last detail. We have developed the first plastic-free blade guard that is completely free of microplastics – made from regional PLA right here in Vorarlberg. Thanks to its robust material thickness, it is significantly more durable than conventional protective covers and is 100% plastic-free and sustainable.
An integrated, narrow compartment allows you to store the razor blade separately, effectively protecting your razor from cuts and rust.
Each case is manufactured with great care on our 3D printer on site in Vorarlberg – using eco-energy, of course.
Important: Only suitable for model GC2.0
Already using a safety razor and want to use this protection too? Keep in mind that safety razor heads vary depending on the model. This cover was specially designed for our GC2.0 stainless steel safety razor, which is made in our family business in Vorarlberg.
Not compatible with GC1.1 or GC1.1S models or other safety razors.
What makes our blade protection special:

Our blade guards are made from PLA based on corn starch – an environmentally friendly, bio-based material that is completely free of microplastics. They are manufactured directly at our premises in Austria, with regional sourcing and ecological responsibility.
The protective case is designed to be particularly sturdy and break-proof. It specifically protects the sensitive transition from the razor head to the handle thread while keeping the razor blade safe and separate—ideal for travel or dry storage at home.

Easy and safe to use:
Pull the blade guard over the head of your safety razor. You can insert the razor blade separately into the integrated blade compartment – ideal for dry, safe storage.
To remove it, simply apply gentle downward pressure and the blade will slide out again – voilà!

Care: rinse with water and then leave to dry. Not suitable for the dishwasher.

We source the filament (raw material) we use from the Vorarlberg-based manufacturer Extrudr, which is known for its high-quality, sustainable materials. Since 2020, we have been using it to print a steadily growing range of products—regional, plastic-free, and responsible.
