Upon receipt of your order, your shipment will be processed directly within 1-2 days on business days. The delivery time for individual extraordinary products you can see directly at the product in the product description.
When you expect to receive your entire order depends on the product with the longest delivery time. If, through no fault of our own, we are unable to deliver the ordered goods because a supplier fails to fulfill its contractual obligations, we may cancel the order. We will of course inform you about it immediately.
Please note that our packages are shipped from Austria and therefore we are not available on Austrian holidays and our warehouse does not ship packages.

Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value. However, we have a flat minimum order surcharge of 2€ (4€ for EU + overseas) under an order value of 20(40)€. This is due to incurred costs of packaging material, picking + warehouse work, shipping costs that we do not pass on to the customer, as well as the accounting effort. Thank you for your understanding.
Pick up on site
In the spirit of sustainability, you can also pick up your purchase at our warehouse in Altach. For this, use the shipping method “Pickup in Altach” when checking out and then send us an email to: office@fairschenkt.at with your desired pickup date.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 – 18.00 (contactless collection also possible after that time).

Returns
You have a right of withdrawal for 14 days. This means that you can return unused or undamaged goods to us during this period and we will refund your money. Depending on the bank and country, you will have your money back in your account within 14 days. However, we cannot cover return shipping costs for this.
Frequently asked questions
Unfortunately, we cannot offer standard shipping to Packing stations at this time, as our delivery agent does not offer this option. Please provide a regular home address to receive your order.
Once your order has been processed, packed and delivered to our shipping service provider, you will receive an email with your shipment number. Through this link you can always see where exactly your order is.
Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details. If the delivery did not work out, your package will be delivered to a parcel store or a DPD warehouse for 7 days. You can see these details when clicking the link. Please pick up your package within this time or contact DPD, otherwise your package will be returned to us and we have to forward the costs.
After 7 days your order will be returned to us at our expense. As soon as we receive your shipment, we will contact you. The incurred shipping costs for the return, as well as a reshipment to you, amount to 9.90€ for Austria and Germany, other countries on request. Thank you for your understanding!
DPD: Yes, with DPD Predict you get an email with your shipping notification where you can choose your individual delivery. So you can choose between delivery on another day or a drop-off at your doorstep, at a neighbor’s or even to a parcel station of your choice.
Post: Unfortunately not possible at the moment.
We have built a great network with surrounding stores from which we source much of our packaging 2nd hand that would otherwise be discarded after one use. These cartons are sometimes already held together by plastic tape, which we leave on for the sake of sustainability, as we would have to cover the carton with new paper tape as a replacement.
Otherwise, all our packaging material is 100% plastic-free. We ship with paper and carton. Partly made of grass paper, fully recycled or even with already used cardboard that we save from shredding – in the sense of sustainability – because we find that especially packaging boxes are far too often disposed of after a single use. Part of our cartons is already completely without tape – for the rest: our tape is made of paper. The adhesive is made of natural rubber, has a strong adhesive effect and is completely vegan because it does not contain casein at all.
